Convenient central location, surprisingly quiet, good bathrooms with great showers. Within easy walking distance of Central Station and other transport. Friendly and helpful staff.
Could use a little spruce up, some minor maintenance issues. Windows don't open.

Great value! Spacious rooms and comfy bed with modern and clean bathroom. Convenient location with plenty of food and drink options around. really appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and biscuits in the room.
The hotel could use a bit of a facelift. Some minor maintenance issues like worn furniture and outdated electronic equipment.

We had a great stay at this hotel in an old office building. Despite its age, the location was perfect, close to all the sights in the CBD and just a short walk from central station. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. the service was friendly and they even allowed us to check in early. We also enjoyed the complimentary slippers and cookies. Definitely recommend!
That the beds were quite hard.
